Wonderful Stay at an Amazing Place

This resort exceeded my expectations. They offered free Pilates classes every morning, a fantastic way to start the day. The suite was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. I booked a romantic beachside dinner to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, it was special.

The staff was helpful. Our butlers were available and assisted with drinks. They arranged a special memory moment for us as a family, this was totally above and beyond.

The hotel location is gorgeous. The resort is near a beautiful beach. It also offers various water activities with reasonable prices. I could get a great view of the sunset every night.

Underwhelming Stay. Service inconsistencies

The service was spotty at best. I found that owners received preferential treatment. I saw them getting custom made-to-order dishes while regular guests were stuck with a sparse, uninspired menu. Even coffee. Tasted bad. The spa experience was uncomfortable. Staff there made it clear I wasn't really welcome to shower before my late flight.

fantastic villa stay!
accommodating concierge
i found the villa really good with great views of the marina. the included breakfast offered an expansive, delicious buffet. i really enjoyed the beach, spa, fitness center, and all the other amenities available (the gym has several treadmills!). joshell, the concierge, proved great and very accommodating.

the breakfast choices included fresh omelets, eggs, and waffles daily. fresh fruit, french toast, and bagels were also available as part of the breakfast buffet. multiple options were accessible.

the location is surrounded by palm trees overlooking the beach and quiet bay. the weather was great and provided a beautiful beach experience. it's a fantastic area.

the beach was beautiful. the sand was soft and white.
The service was lacking. it seemed owners got preferential treatment over regular guests like me. the coffee was consistently bad, and breakfast was not excellent. It was very basic and did not offer much variety. i also felt unwelcome at the spa before leaving, as the staff member acted like we were inconveniencing her by showering there.
