excellent caribbean stay
spacious rooms beach view vegan options tasty food
the hotel included well maintained grounds and spacious , elegant rooms. i was upgraded to a beach view suite from my original marina view. the suite was huge and the views were lovely. i found great variety and tasty vegan options at the callilou restaurant.
i noticed the distance from the airport was significant , about a ninety-minute to two-hour drive.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection , though fruit options had limited quality. the new suru restaurant had a beautiful asian style and wonderful staff that was very attentive. the food was generally well presented and tasty.

the rooms are excellent , very spacious , and include a comfy bed. lots of space existed throughout the suite i occupied. housekeeping provided good service and the toiletries available were of good quality and plentiful.

i enjoyed the beach , which was beautiful and calm with amazing sand. non-motorized options were available and in good condition. transport staff provided excellent service and readily made it easy to navigate the large resort.

Wonderful Stay at an Amazing Place

This resort exceeded my expectations. They offered free Pilates classes every morning, a fantastic way to start the day. The suite was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. I booked a romantic beachside dinner to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, it was special.

The staff was helpful. Our butlers were available and assisted with drinks. They arranged a special memory moment for us as a family, this was totally above and beyond.

The hotel location is gorgeous. The resort is near a beautiful beach. It also offers various water activities with reasonable prices. I could get a great view of the sunset every night.

The food was amazing! Callaloo's beach bar and grill is great. I also tried the asian restaurant. The hotel also has a Coffee Shop. The resort offers various themed evenings with a good buffet service.

Underwhelming Stay. Service inconsistencies
poor coffee uncomfortable spa
The service was spotty at best. I found that owners received preferential treatment. I saw them getting custom made-to-order dishes while regular guests were stuck with a sparse, uninspired menu. Even coffee. Tasted bad. The spa experience was uncomfortable. Staff there made it clear I wasn't really welcome to shower before my late flight.

fantastic villa stay!
i found the villa really good with great views of the marina. the included breakfast offered an expansive, delicious buffet. i really enjoyed the beach, spa, fitness center, and all the other amenities available (the gym has several treadmills!). joshell, the concierge, proved great and very accommodating.

the breakfast choices included fresh omelets, eggs, and waffles daily. fresh fruit, french toast, and bagels were also available as part of the breakfast buffet. multiple options were accessible.

the location is surrounded by palm trees overlooking the beach and quiet bay. the weather was great and provided a beautiful beach experience. it's a fantastic area.
